Questions

The things worth asking before you pay.

Is this against Spotify's terms?+

Spotify's terms discourage artificially inflating plays, and Spotify polices activity under its own rules. We reduce the footprint by pacing delivery over days, adding rest days, and scattering plays through each day so growth reads like listeners rather than a burst. We cannot promise Spotify will never adjust activity, and we say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise.

Why does it take days instead of arriving at once?+

Because a spike is the single most obvious sign of bought plays. The whole product is the pacing: a curve, rest days, and delivery spread through each day. You approve that schedule before you pay, and it is what makes the campaign look like real listening.

What happens if delivery stops or falls behind?+

The poller checks every campaign continuously. If something stalls on our side we correct it, by re-delivery or by crediting your balance. You can watch each day fill in against the plan on your order page, so you are never guessing.

How do I pay?+

You top up a balance with cryptocurrency on a secure checkout page, then orders draw from that balance. No card, no wallet, and no payment detail ever touches this site. Your balance updates once the payment confirms on the blockchain, usually within a few minutes.

Can I get a refund?+

Orders are committed when placed, because a campaign starts running against its approved schedule immediately. There is no automatic refund, but genuine problems are handled case by case through support, and a top-up that was charged without crediting your balance is always fixed. See the Refunds page.

What counts as one campaign?+

One track, a quantity from 10.000 to 10.000.000 plays. You set a daily ceiling; we shape everything else. You see your price and approve the full schedule before you pay. You can run more campaigns whenever you like, one live campaign per track at a time.

Do you guarantee playlist placement or followers?+

No. We deliver plays as scheduled. We do not control Spotify's editorial or algorithmic playlists and we will never claim to. Anyone promising guaranteed playlist placement for a flat fee is worth being careful with.
