Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These terms govern your use of Stream Ghetto, a service operated from 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we provide
We deliver Spotify plays to a track you specify, paced over several days according to a schedule you approve before payment. We specialise in the Greek and Cypriot market: the plays we deliver come from those audiences, not a global pool. You are buying a promotion service; the methods and partners behind it are ours to choose and may change without affecting what you agreed to.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorised to promote the track you submit.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the link you provide.
- You must not use the service for unlawful content or purposes.
Orders are committed at purchase
The price is frozen at the moment you order and the amount is committed then. A campaign, once placed, runs to its approved schedule. Changes and cancellations are handled case by case through support and are not guaranteed. See our Refunds policy.
Payment and balance
Orders are paid from a prepaid balance topped up with cryptocurrency through our payment processor. We never see or store your payment details. Balances are held in euro and are not transferable or withdrawable except as described in Refunds.
No guarantee of outcomes
We deliver plays as scheduled. We do not control Spotify and cannot guarantee placement, retention, playlist inclusion, or any particular effect on your wider metrics. Spotify may adjust or remove activity under its own terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
