Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Stream Ghetto collects and why. We keep it deliberately small: we ask for as little as the service needs.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in.
• Orders: the track links you submit and the campaigns you run.
• Balance: a ledger of your top-ups and charges, in euro.
• Payments: handled entirely by our crypto payment processor. We receive a confirmation that a payment settled and its amount. We never see or store a wallet, a card, or any payment credential.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you beyond what is needed to run and account for your campaigns.

Who processes it

• Our hosting and database provider, to run the service.
• Our payment processor, to take crypto top-ups.
• Optionally Telegram, if you connect it to check campaign progress.

Retention

We keep order and balance records for as long as your account exists and as long as the law requires for financial records afterwards.

Your rights and contact

You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. The service is operated from 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom; write to us at that address, or open a request from your account, for any data matter.
